KELEWELE – A popular Ghanaian dish, Kelewele is a blend of spices marinated on plantain to create a delicious spicy aroma. Please note that Kelewele has a fantastic ginger kick.

SHITO – One of Ghana’s most loved sauces. It is traditional hot chilli sauce that Tassie Soda has perfected. This recipe has been highly sought after for many years and is the perfect condiment to any dish.

SUYA SEASONING – A dry peanut based spice rub used to marinate food. Originally used to create a Ghanaian grilled kebab dish called Chichinga, SUYA can be used on any meat, fish or vegetable to create a truly delicious dish! Suya is the word used to describe this skewered meat in West Africa. It mostly originated from the Hausa people of northern Cameroon, Nigeria, Niger, Ghana, and some parts of Sudan, one of the largest ethnic groups in West Africa.

BOFROT (Puff Puff) – is traditional West African snack made of small bite sized fried dough. This authentic mixture is not too sweet, so enjoy with a dusting of sugar or cinnamon.
