You can upload a maximum of 8 images per product.

Yes, you can add this information to your vendor profile, and you can set the radius i.e. 10 miles-30 miles.

Can I link my storefront to my social media?

Yes, this can be set up in settings.

Can I offer discounts and gifts cards on my items?

Yes, you have the ability to create coupons and discount codes in your online store.

How do I remove a product from my page?

You will need to log into your account and remove each product.

Can I change my brand name after I have set up my account?

Yes, you can change your store name via settings. However, you will not be allowed to change your username once created.

Can customers other countries purchase my items me via this website?

Yes, as long as you provide the correct shipping methods and information.

How can I reach a customer who is requesting a refund?

Customers can be contacted directly through the messaging option on your account.

Do I need to have a verified Paypal account to receive payment? Are there any other payment methods?

Yes, you will need a verified Paypal account to sign up and receive payment. You can also use Stripe.

Do I have the option to relist item once sold?

Yes, you can relist items once sold.

How do I pay the fee/commission? Do we receive an invoice once payment has been made?

Your commission is automatically calculated on each transaction and you can create an invoice from the invoice tab in your account.

The vendor will send you shipping confirmation and the courier service will provide tracking information.

How many times can I use my discount code?

Please check the terms and conditions for vendor specific promotions. Popup United discount codes can only be used once per customer and per transactions.

Please check the vendor profile to receive specific delivery information for your product. Popup United encourage vendors to use the below:
